easy one guys - or maybe not quite soe asy or I wouldn't be asking - anyway....................

Part # 509-15431-01-00 - RH clutch cover for a 1975 Yamaha MX 250/400B - will it also fit the YZ360B - looks close  ???

Looking at the parts picture & gasket I would say no but not from 1st hand knowledge.

DT & MX look like they would be interchangable (Gasket same part) just block off oil pump

Put "simply" YZ engine is early RT1 based whereas MX engine is later DT based, so no compatabilty  :( :( :( :(

A definate no.....YZ is the 1st series motor....MXB is the 2nd series motor....the only thing in common is Yamaha built them.....now Nathan will blow that up my arse?
