G'day everyone,I was wondering if anyone out there would have a,Montesa 172 cota kickstart shaft.

Rare as albino rocking horse droppings. The kick start system is a weak point of this series of engine.

Which part are you after? Just the shaft or shaft and gears? What exactly is wrong. Internal or spline?

I have some bit for them but will not get a chance to check until next week sorry.

Thanks for the reply,monty.The kick starter was welded to the shaft.The shaft splines are stripped,the rest seems to be alright.paul.

Sorry no kick start parts for Cota 172. There are a couple of Cota . MH 200's being parted out on Evil Bay in the UK at the moment.
