Does anyone have a pait code for the frame color on a CR500 84 model?

I used to have a list of the paint codes for CR's but can't find it

84 Honda is R119 Flash Red

Thanks STW, what I'm afetr is the paint code that corresponds to R119 Flash Red, there was a list going around a while back that had the standard Honda colors and a list of PPG colors that matched

Ok not sure but we do powdercoating and I have a good Dulux rep that might do some digging for me.

He is off for another week so when he is back I will put it to him.

Two pack will chip up pretty quick, your better off with powder coating if you can get flash red.

I have had it formulated at my paint supplier, I just ring them for it and they make it up, give me a yell if you need some, and off course best results come from powder coating the frame first in a close enough colour, rub it back with 1200 wet and then give it one coat of 2k.

and yes make sure it is zinc coated first.. ;)

Gee Darren as a person who powder coats I would not be doing that! unless it is a zinc based primer powder coat, like any other paint it is porous and needs a primer to seal it.
