Im taking a guess that the few parts i have got are off a Honda.
Frame number is
CM91Y161138
It looks 60's honda sort off and is kind a like a CT110 posty bike but seems a little smaller built. (smaller axle and swingarm pivot) i dont have the whole bike but the back end is kinda a monocoque design. It looks like the originla paint was post office red, but everything looks a lot different to current CT110's. It has a pressed up swingarm and 17 inch rear wheel and a round tail light. Shocks are fully shrouded. It also has a cush drive rear hub.
I have a feeling its some sort of really early CT or CA or something. I dont have the motor. Thats about all i can tell you.

I picked up a XL250 motorsport (complete & all original but sadly been left out in the weather) and it had a sidecar on it and part of the sidecar was made out of a back end of a CM91 you have identified and uses the rear section as the sidecar wheel and mudguard. I just picked off the usable tail light, swingarm and rear wheel with new tire not fitted and the shocks and then the rest of the sidecar is going to get picked up along with my old TS250 sidecar frame and go to scrap metal. I noticed the frame number on the on the honda back end so i thought i would find out what it is before i get rid of it so that i can ID the useable bits if anyone wants them.

Looks about like this but the rear of te mudguard is sort of flared/has a duck bill shape. The swingarm and shocks look like this but the tail light is round.
