Wouldn't mind this wee beauty in my shed ;D

That's a RM125 A, B or C engine with the case reed and bolt on inlet manifold. N and T had a spigot inlet. That must be Dave Tanners bike...It's got his number on it. 211 suzuki. Ha
-
yeah good one john 8) thats daves bike for sure i could just see him jamming his arse in that seat ;D
it ran last time i started it ;D
-
Lozza I'd say it's an 77/78 RM125B/C. The A model wasn't that great and the N and T had 6mm studs at the rear where B and C had 8mm ;) Could be a '78 C as they ran bigger finning which it would have needed.
hmmm..on closer inspection if they had factory support..could it be an RA125?
More information please!

Not sure about the factory support, through the Institute's world wide network of spies and double agents. An operative was unearthed who has ridden the wee little beasty. There will be an article in Cycle World on it an I'll have a scan soon. The frame was built by a pushie frame builder.

yeah I like the classic tiddler road racers. My fav's the square 4 RS67 125cc 2 smoker or the RS68 V4 125 2 smoker..both capable of 42 ponies running to near 150mph through a 12 speed gearbox all in '67 '68 :o Bloody Nora!!
Loz, I have sept/oct/nov/dec T&T and sept/oct ADB from 1980..something in part icular that interests you? :)

A 125 4 side spinner has recently been unearthed /restored Doc, I'll send you a scan.
We need to establish a water cooled , linkage rear RM 125 raced proir to 31/12/80 to make a 'top secret' project legal and we need some evidence of pics in a mag or race reports.Even pre-production and factory one off's are OK, wonder if Harry Everts raced one on GP's, can't find anything on-line.Raced in US,UK, All-Japan or the outer Mongolian club event anywhere is alright

Lozza RA 79 was water cooled twin shocked harry won the 1979 125 world title on it , he had 18 wins from 24 starts, 2 DNFs, 2 2nds, and 2 3rds
Akira Watanabe took 3 wins on the other RA 79 with the late Gaston Rahier spoiling a Suzuki clean sweep with one win on a Yamaha.
Rahiers only win came when Harry DNFd and Akira crashed and recovered to finish 9th in the 2nd race at the 8th round in Switzerland . However Suzukis consuation was that Harry & Akira had Wrapped up the manufacurers title in the first race with still 4.5 GPs or 9 races to go.
Harry Clinched his 2nd world title at the Irish round winning both motos and still 2 GPs to go.
This was Suzukis 5th 125 championship in a row and as history shows they went on to win 5 more in a row, a record that will probably never be challenged.
RA 80 was water cooled full floater and Harry Everts won the 1980 world title on it
I have some photos & litreture on these bikes if you want it Bill.
