I went to look at a runnung and complete KX250 A-4 today. Unfortunately one person had called before me. If he doesn't show up by 10 am Saturday, she's mine. ;D
(But you know he's gonna show.)

At least your heart's in the right place Red. ;)
I have an A4 sitting in the USA waiting for me to get my act together and organise the freight to OZ. I really must do that.... ::)

Well Ajay,
The guy did show up on Saturday. :(
It would have been so perfect, because I have a rebuilt A-5 motor, in my garage, just waiting for a bike to put it in. ;)
-
Mate, do you want an A5? I have a "spare" one that is in the USA.....that could be for sale. ;)
-
i looked at an a5 that was for sale about a month ago..he wanted $900 for it. it was really rough though .. ;D

Here's the A5 I am going to bring into OZ.

I have another similar one that is now for sale in the USA..... ::)

yep it was exactly the same as that bike except it was missing the side plates and number plate...hey ajayvmx do you reckon its worth $900..... :-\
-
If it looks that same as my one, then it's worth a lot more than $900.... ;)
-
I may have mentioned this before, but at the first Classic Dirt there was an A-5 sitting there for sale for about $900. By the end of the day it was down to $750 I think. From memory it was straight and tidy. I was tempted but thought, nah, what'll I do with it? Still kicking myself...
Nice find Ajay.

It's probably lucky (for me) that I didn't see that one at Classic Dirt..... ::)
There is a big range in the price of the A5, mainly because there are certain parts on the bike that are completely unavailable, meaning that a bike with those parts included, in good condition, goes for a lot more money than a bike which is "close" to stock. ;)
