I have two pairs of these Taiwanese copy Amal levers surplus to my needs.

New in packet 8).

Yeah they fit the standard 7/8th h/bar. I haven't tried them with jap brakes and clutch but because of leverage ratios etc the work with the Spanish bikes better than the Japanese lever and perches.
