Title: spring rate for re 250

anyone got a suggestion for a rear spring rate for an 84 cr250re
I have got Terry Hays tri rate springs in the front on the .46 setting(which I am happy with)
the rear is pus, not sure what was standard or what rate to go

standard is 4.5 kg , optional hard is 4.7 kg although I had mine calibrated and it was only 4.6kg

Im 76kg and am looking to use a 4.9 -5.0 when I get the bike back together
