Title: XR 600 Rear wheel bearing

Can anyone tell me if the XR600 rear wheel, seal housing [on the drive side] is a threaded type, my wheel does not still have a corresponding internal thread so I am a bit puzzled. The manual shows a special tool for fitting and it looks to me like it screws in... then is staked. ??

The wheel also has a 5mm spacer [alum]under the bearing on the drive side that looks non standard, any advise on this one??

May have to check parts diagrams try (troy of yamaha) site theres a honda spot there i have a xr500 84 it has the thread peice.....
