If you are into rebuilding shocks these might be a source of chromed shafts. Probably wouldn't be a straight swap to most things but a little mechining and........

At the current $1, or there abouts, it might be worth the look.

I allways got my chrome shafts from the bin at the 4x4 center, Old 4x4 shocks have 10,12,13, and 16mm shafts and there long.
