Did you read that everybody, Frosty finally got his TM400 dream bike :o
-
that orange thing looks pretty sweet Frosty 8)
something worth aiming for.
you know we'll all need pics when it turns up of course.
-
It will be good I want to race it though so I don't know if it will be gt80 like but maybe if I decide too the thing is you don't want to buy all nos parts and slide it down the track busting bits and peices. :)

none of that at VMX Frosty..just same old dirt, same old bike, same old fun.. :P
Reckon we should dedicate the next Classic Dirt to all those young and enthusiastic on a Suzuki...............that's it Suzuki Classic Dirt #8 :P ;D ;D
Enjoy

Yeah I think it will be fun and if I can ride half a fast as what the tm is capable I may stand half a chance of finishing a race in a good position provided I can stay on. ;)

That is gonna look WAY cool Michael....if you don't post pics of the build,we won't talk to you ;D
When does your baby arrive?....here i am calling a TM400 a baby,am i nuts??
-
Good on you Michael....I knew you'd eventually get one. Build it the way you want to do it mate. You've been hanging for one of these babies for long enough to have an idea in your head of how you want it to look and perform. Take the advice of blokes like Doc and others who know their Suzuki shit but build it the way you want. If it turns out half as good as your little GT80 is turning out it'll be a sweetie.

Probably not for a few weeks it is coming from QLD when I sort it out but soon we are getting the factory so I will have some where to store and build bikes but when I am able to drive then some work can begin I hope to have the gt80 finished one day.
The gt80 has been a job in progess of years because I started some work when I was still in school 2 years ago but I have bought up big from ebay US on a heap of gt80 parts I have most of it bar fine details the odd screw and bolt here and there which I will sort out.
It is all money and time though but the tm400 will probably jump the line of projects, you would think a smaller bike would be an easier resto never again will I attempt one on a gt80 there is one in the back yard that has to go.
I managed to hold out long enough for the perfect bike to come along the orange tm400 looks great and I am sure will be fun on the track.
ps, no one ever bought a tm125 it was probably a 74 and may have had a long range tank in the end was sold to a mate painted white who onsold to some one local to him the bike is either still in Daylesford Vic or some one bought it again worth a try would be funny if I found it my dads old bike.
