I wonder if the "depending availability of piston sizes" is a hint that it is bored beyond specs and good luck finding a piston to fit. They were reborable weren't they? You can buy from Ebay US and post here for nearly half the price.  The linked one has unimportant information regarding the bore size, whatever it is supposed to be! $80 US to post here for a buy it now of $199.

And a few others from $80 to $100.

.50 over cylinder just sold for         118.00 usd
