Title: XT/TT 500 fork springs

can any one tell me the different lengths and OD's of the fork springs on all the different model XT/TT 500's 76-81, leading axle and non leading axle forks.

Hi LWC3077:-

TT500 fork spring lengths are:- Leading axle forks - 539.5mm
XT-TT fork springs lengths for in-line axle forks are:- 445.5mm

Not sure on spring diameter though. Hope this helps.

Further to your request for information on XT-TT500 fork springs:-

Diameter of fork spring is 25mm, and i believe that this was standard across the range of types. The outside diameter of the fork leg is 36mm, which i think was the same for all TT-XT 500S.
