Title: RM400 tank on a PE400 frame

Can anyone tell me will an RM400 tank bolt up exactly onto a PE400 frame or will some modification be required?

Yes but you will also require the RM seat.

I've just fitted an Rm tank to my Pe. I had to make up a new set of mounts for the front of the tank. Neither the Pe or Rm's original ones lined up. Also you need to change the seat to an Rm. I added rubber to the Pe rubber and re-covered it. Came together well.
