Some time ago I went to a Suzuki dealership to order a front sprocket for a RM 400T that I was restoring, the sprocket supplied was an aftermarket type that was drilled, i.e. lightened. Even though I didn't stipulate that type of sprocket it was the one I was supplied that I didn't think to remember. I'm currently building the same type of bike and trying to source the same type of sprocket - but I can't find a lightened sprocket listed anywhere. I bought a standard sprocket but a machinist guy I know wanted a arm and leg to drill it! Does anyone know of a sprocket manufacturer that supplies a drilled sprocket as standard?

I got one on my pe400 not long ago didn't ask for anything like that it is funny that it would cost so much to be drilled if that is how you want it.

Seems to be the luck of the draw, i have in the past purchased two sprockets from the same manafacturer, for the same bike and found one drilled and one not.

What brand was the sprocket? Was it a JT, Link, Afam, Renthal etc. If you can name the brand i can probably help
If you search 'JT sprockets' and go to their website they should have drawings with dimensions showing what sprockets are drilled. I havent been to the JT website but im assuming they have the same catalogue there as the printed one i have.

Not much help but i remember seeing that Sunline sprockets had the holes ala Suzuki style.
