Title: Old Yammy Price Check
Post by: goxu1 on June 05, 2010, 05:31:24 pm
Hi All
just after a price check on my old AT1-e.
Its got 5000 on the speedo , which I think is correct because
I bought it off the original owner.
Its also got the original tool kit and owners manual.

Well what do you want for it as whenever I have put one for sale I put what I want on it any more is a bonus if I get what I want that is good too but if you put a reserve on and start it low you're not going to get an idea on any one that is really keen.

So all I'd do is think of a figure you'd be happy to sell it for and list it with that price as a starting bid and see how you go you couldn't buy many like that it is original unrestored.

Hi Paul
You could start at $600. There's not much of a market for the AT / CT series. If the electric start still works and if it was registered it might get $1000. And then if there was no signs rust and the seat base and cover were original and good you might get up to $1200.

It would have to be exceptional to get over that and most aren't, just neat like this one looks from the photo.

It is pretty nice for its age though I have seen bikes on there that you think nice original condition but to have it very nice you'd still have to strip the bike and clean it up further.
