Title: legit or not?

As a side(car :D) item Walter and all others , In your opinion would my old piece of puss be fully legit as a pre75 machine?
As a VMX sidecar scrutineer I do have to confess some concern at machines I have too seen recently that are well "pushing hard the boundaries" for the Pre75 class. Nothing here against pre85 (pre87 for heavy weight sidecars would be more to the point but that is another thread) outfit racers at all only we all got to race in the correct period as was done.

Um the Hallers on the 754 SPP won the title in early 1974.... ;) :D Cheers  :)
