1978 runs for 19 minutes, but has better camera work (Although, camera work is very similar in both movies). 1980 has more variety (3 race tracks), and runs for 29 minutes.

Just watched the dvd's with 16 & 21 yr old mx kids and they now know why they wore kidney belts, they never stood up while racing. :o Kids reckon the track isn't rough like now either. How time has flown and the bikes have changed.Little advertising in center of track.
I said 'this could be you lot in 30 years with me filming" its all relevant :P ;D

Just watched both copies over the weekend, awsome footage, the Seymour Grand National footage brings back memories of a great track that was as rough as you get. Excellent job Roger, thanks again.

The Atlantics are killing me.. ;D

The DVD printers dropped that music in. But what if you turn sound off, and make like Tommy Searle?
