Title: Chad Reed wins 2010 ama opener

Chad Reed won the opening round of the ama nationals at hangtown..
Brett Metcalfe was top 5 on a 450
Dan Reardon was 15th on a 450
The Moss twins didn't have a good day, with Matt possibly re breaking his wrist in moto 2
Michael Byrne had a very off day too.

Argggghhh, it's ruined ... It's on foxtel tonight at 9:30 for those that didn't want to know the results ....... but it's too late now....

Who the hell is Stewart? The sport is better off without him...
Chad was impressive, i watched it live on fuel and he was looking real good.
Alessi was also impressive on the 350 with a moto win.

It was on foxtel at 9am sunday snoozer ::) and again at 230pm :-\

Ben Townley did very well considering he was lying on an operating table gutted like a fish not too many weks ago , to run at that pace so soon is impressive - watch out for BT - he will only get faster as his strength and fitness improve

What's Ben riding this year, don't tell me it's another honda or that'll be his career over with another huge injury

BT is riding for Troylee designs Honda on the 450. He had a few moments but was very impressive with his comeback.
Hope he can hang it out for the full moto's at the USGP at Glen Helen

That is a bit harsh Johnny. JBS is the fastest MX rider in the world- ever.IMO.
Sure he comes across as a bit obnoxious, but so does Chad.
RC and Bubba, and the battles they fought, took the sport to a new level. Like him or loathe him you have to admit he is bullshit fast.
