Title: oil for a 84 /250 ,maico ,amount ??????

does any body know how much oil this engine takes  and is there a manual  anywere that could be copied or for sale

Normally I remove the small screw in the front of the clutch cover, I think it's nylon from memory and when it runs out it's full. Similar procedure as alot of Yamaha's. From memory I was using MTX which was fine and no slippage. Still need to be an ironman to pull in the clutch though. :P

That's strange, the 500's have them and I thought they shared the same cover
