Or when typing your post, scroll right down the bottom and click on 'Additional Options'
You can then upload straight to the forum without having to have a website to host your photos.
Your welcome............  ;)

When you open 'Additional Options, you will see 3 boxes you can tick, then below that is the space for attaching a photo. Click on the 'Browse' thingy, you can then select the image on your PC.
Once you have found it, click "Open" which is at the bottom right hand side of the box that opens up, and it automatically puts the location of the image in the space provided. When you click 'Post' it automatically comes up.
I've probably confused you more, but just try it and hopefully it will become more clear than what I've described............  :-\
See.................

Hmmmmm, Dunno!  ;D
I do mine in Photoshop cos that's program I use every day. But there would be plenty of others that would do it.
Sorry to say, I don't know much about them. I'll see if I can find a free one somewhere.................
Back soon................

OK, there's probably lots of programs that wil do this, but there a free image resizer available from Microsoft for XP users.
Here: http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/learnmore/tips/eschelman2.mspx (http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/digitalphotography/learnmore/tips/eschelman2.mspx)
I haven't tried it but it sounds pretty simple...............
Let us know how you go.

There are heaps of free photo editing programs around, and in most cases you'll find some kind of image editor on your computer anyway. For example even Microsoft Paint can resize images, it's just not as intuitive as some programs. There is also Googles Picasa, a free photo managing program from Google. No idea what that's like tho I've heard good things. You can find a link on the OzVMX Home Page. Finally, do a Google Search for "online image resize free". There's a lot of these that let you do it from your browser, for example:

http://www.resize2mail.com/indexNL.cfm

I haven't tried these but they look OK...
