Title: whats the best sealant / Glue for sticking togeather cases on YZ125 K

Can anyone tell me what to use for joining the crankcase on a K model yz, apart from the M6 caphead screws. Is a good grade of gasket silicone suitable? Just read an old thread seems like yamabond, or loctite 515 or grey three bond is the go...

Yamabond for me. Did the other thread mentioned 'cleanliness is next to Godliness'?

Loctite 515 is what i use, it stays liquid OUTSIDE of thejoint, making clean up easy, and sealant almost invisible to the eye.

brett
put my cz400 together with loctite on the cases 1.5 years still all good.the clean up is easy as suzuki311 says still liquid on outside of joint

ps my yz125x is comming together now
