We have been trying to contact Mark at Northwest Maico, but it's saying the no is not connected or out of service, can anyone assist with an email address or any info, the no we have been calling is 0011 1 435 258 1100.

There was discussion about this place on a US forum not long ago. The replies were yes they are still trading but just extremely busy and flat out with calls on the phone all the time. Im sure someone mentioned the optimal time to catch them when the phone isnt busy but i dont remember what time it was. Dont worry there are other people in the same boat as you.

Thanks boys for the info. We normally ring around 6am, but we just havent been able to contact him & the US exchange also agreed that the no was not connected, but will send an email regardless & yes, he is a great guy to deal with as with most in the US  ;)

Im sure thats where i saw other people asking about them. i read it a couple months ago. They may have a new number?

He is very good to deal with.I find that he answers your emails within a day or two so I dont bother ringing him.
