EZI-Shade or Quick-Shade are the best on the market, but you will pay close to a gorilla. They are steel framed and come with a heavy duty nylon material
There are cheap ones on the market ($250 ish) but they are alloy framed and light meterial. They last o/k but you have got to be carefull with them when set-up/set-down comes along. And if get's windy, pull them down ASAP, they dont like the wind at all.

Do ya self a favor.... buy an Aussie built "Quickshade", the original and still the best. Mines 15 years old now, the chinese shit wont last that long!!. They have a website you can look at all there products on.

Park next to Vandy then you don't need to buy anything

I have one of the Oz Trail deluxe models and have had for several years now - much better than the cheaper versions and no where near as expensive as a Quik Shade. yes doesn't like the wind, is easy to look after and in one gale I bent several arms but replacements were like only $30. Good value for money I think!

I have an "Instant Marquee" 3x4.5mtr shade. Brought off them as an ex hire canopy for $1500 c\w rear and side walls(which were new). I've had this shade for 10 years and trust me I've used it heaps. I've lent it out a couple of times (don't do it., it's like lending your bike or missus to a mate, either way it'll come back forked ::)) They have a complete repair and back-up serivice. The frame is 30mmRHA and the joints are high impact nylon. It is the similar to "Porta Shade". FWIW don't buy a cheapo as you will be let down at some stage!
Here's the link to their website

P.S. they sell both new and ex-hire canopies

You must have a different Quik shade than mine. Never seen a steel one. They are expensive but worth the money.

Yep Darren...rang the guy in Vic, sent him a chq and a couple of days later i picked it up from Toll in Sydney.
I bought two 3 mtr x 3 mtr with sides and windows with a gutter to join together...in hindsight i would of got a 6 mtr x 3 mtr
They are first class quality and better made and cheaper than Quickshade brand
