Title: Stupid bureaucrats.

 The dicks have taken my explosive licences off me because I was two days late renewing them!!!! Sent me a letter telling me I must not remember how to make explosives now! So I better throw out those 37 odd common household chemicals and products in case I have a memory ....What is the opposite of lapse..  Oh did someone mention "Blasting an alloy engine?" ; :D Cheers.

Another waste of Public money and printers ink sending you that letter, eh Tim ?     If you can't remember to renew your licences, how could they figure you'd remember how to make an explosion   ;D   ;).
