-
fogot to mention once it is running it runs like dream no problems and will start first or second kick warm
-
is it a 500cc Caps ?
i can relate to this as my 500 is same when cold, i use start ya bastard on cold mornings ( think Ravo in middle of winter) and it works a treat. no problem when its warm, just needs an extra charge when cold.

its a 96 rm250 i cant work it out ???

Try a different make of plug
-
lay the sucker over on its side and allow the fuel to fill the bowl then kick the bugga ib the guts my 250 is the same
-
fuel spark and compression so one is down. About 96 RM range needed expensive Meridian type plug, check with your agent. Float level?
