Title: Rise and fall of Husqvarna article
Post by: Husky500evo on March 12, 2010, 11:00:52 pm
I spotted the link to this article on the MXtrax.UK vintage forum : http://www.motorcycle-usa.com/764/6018/Motorcycle-Article/The-Rise-and-Fall-of-Husqvarna-Motorcycles.aspx
It is an interesting read, but it comes from an American point of view. I alway felt that Husqvarna lost it's heart and soul when Cagiva bought it out . I have been a fan of Husaberg from when it kicked off and have always liked the innovative, look outside the square ideas that were more of a characteristic of the old Husqvarna rather than the new company. But I think that it is logical to expect those ideas , seeing as though Husaberg was formed by the Swedish Husqvarna engineers that lost their jobs when Husqvarna production moved to Italy .

Interesting article.  Thanks for sharing with us. Always like learning about the history of Husky. Makes ownership of the machinery that much more interesting.
