Title: Paint for xr75 K1 ??

Ok xr guru's, I'm having some trouble finding the color or color code for my little xr75 K1 project, what am i asking for at the paint shop ??

color for k1 is called rubbergrey metallic for tank, sidepanels & guards, sorry dont know the code,check out www.xrminiracer.com for some inspiration

Thanks mate, i would have thought the side panels and guards are the same color as the tank yeah ?

not on a k1 i think only k0s have all silver

trust me k1 is all silver with yellow honda wings & xr75 decal on sidepanels.cheers

The paint shop here in Sth Australia cant give me the correct paint color for my K1 with out a color code... can anyone give me the color code and not just what its called. PLEASE HELP

I know this is an old thread but I have discovered a perfect match for the original Rubber Grey Metallic paint that was used on the 73-74 XR75. My original side plates still had excellent original paint on them so I had the local Dupont paint supplier computer match it. The color is Kia Sage Green Metallic and it's dead nuts match for Rubber Grey Metallic.

The side plates have the original Rubber Grey paint in this pic and the tank and fenders have been repainted with the Kia Sage Green Metallic.
