The carby I have was jetted for a 420 but it has a stocker in it at present so it is running rich. I thought I would go down on the main but it had a Kehin jet in it so I don't know where it is at. It said 75 on it but also worried it was drilled out (shit of an idea who ever thought of that).
Any one have a starting point?

I ran a 160 main with 36mm carb on a standard engine with big header & pipe. I also ran a 38mm carb with the same size jet just more top end & less bottom end.

Thanks guys, that helps heaps.
The other motor I have that is suppose to be a 420 seems to have a modified honda piston. I would expect it to have an after market piston in there. any one have bore and stroke spec's?

Is there much you have to do to fit this piston other than a rebore to suit?

That all.... Not a lot of liner left once you run the boring tool through.
I think the last piston was a Wiseco from Ballards
