I'm needing the hose and banjo bolt for the remote reservoir on an '84 model WP shock. I've tried the local hydraulics place but they couldn't get the right fittings.
Is Bert Floods shop still in business?

Na , Trevor Flood took over from Bert in the eighties (Remember Vandenbergs RM500? sponsored by TFR)
The 84's dont have the joint do they? I got a almost new 83 and the hose threads straight in.
The 85/86 one I got has the banjo joint coz the hose is so short compared to 83/84

Does Trevor not due White Powder anymoore ? ???
Is that a joke? Lets not go there .
Dont you do them Walter - serious?

Oh - I didnt even see the "d"

Yeah you're right the hose screws straight into the shock body but it's atatched to the reservoir with a bango fitting. It broke off where it screws into the body so i was thinking of fitting the banjo joint at both ends.

on the 83 it screws straight in both ends.If walter cant help try Greg at ASR suspension . He has ready made ones but they are not the same as original. They are without the extra sheath around the hose so looks skinny.

hey john i might have a standard hose of a 84 you can have
when i did the white power on the 500
i got enzed to come around and make it up
just mounted in the bike to get the right length and clearance ;)

Rusty did Enzed have the right fittings with the same thread as WP? The place i tried couldn't match the fittings or thread.

mine was complete with a dodgy hose
so they replaced the hose and ends i would have had the bolts
in it do you think standard rm bolts are the same
cause i might have some
