Title: PE400 1mm Oversize Piston Kits
Post by: ranchak on February 27, 2010, 05:45:34 am
I have the first run of PE400 piston kits in stock. These are a forged piston. A piston kit runs $199.99. Included in the kit is piston, rings, circlips,
wristpin, wristpin bearing and spacers. I have also added a gasket kit for
$69.95 and a clutch cover screw kit for $16.95. I also have gasket kits and screw kits
available for other model PEs. I will be adding a complete seal kit soon. If
there is interest I will add other fastener kits, fender, side panel, shock,
etc. Any suggestions? Thanks, Ron

This is the Hot Rods 650 Sea Doo Rod kit that is used to replace the Discontinued rod from Suzuki. A very helpful fellow on the Yahoo Group PEmotorcycles figured out that this rod along with 4 thrust washers will replace the rod that is no longer available from Suzuki. We always try to supply OEM replacement parts when available, but this is a great way to get your PE400 back breathing fire again. This kit includes:

Rod

Piston Pin Bearing

Crank Rod Bearing

Crank Pin (Not used)

2 Large Thrust Washers (one used on each side of the rod)

4 Small Thrust Washers (two used on each side of the rod)

$120 bucks.
