RM400C / RM250C2 would be my guess. The extra tang welded on the underside for a chain guide confuses it a little. I'd be real interested in it if it was a seller & i was on the money.  ;)
The give away for me is the through bolt arrangement and spring stay for the chain tensioner which is a very 78 RM C design.

The second Thor has two holes at the front ( on the side). Looks like for a chain slider?
If so, the Honda's run on the right.
