Da-Do-Al-Ron-Ron, Da-Do-Al-Ron

How d'you do?

Am I allowed to go 'off-message' without being drummed out of the club? What about a musical diversion?

If you could get a helmet with an in-built MP3 player and headphones (which you probably can), what playlist would you come up with for listening to whilst you ride your bikes?

Can you come up with a list of between five and ten tunes and post them here as a diversion from all the serious stuff that's going on?

I'd be fascinated to see your playlists, and I'm sure many other contributors to this forum would be too.

Over to you . . .

This thread is turning into an acid trip. What started as a bizarre lesson on the British caravan industry, has morphed into a 'Rockwiz' wannabe.  ::)

ok-, my music tastes are many and varied. i like most efforts, including 'the canon' and long way to the top [ACDC] i like instrumentals and or vocals as long as i can understand the words. Currently my single disc in-car player has Willy Nelson which is sometimes replaced with Hank Williams. Usually Hank Williams is removed after about five songs because i'm hoarse from singing along with him! He was such a great song writer that rarely a year passes without one of his songs on the top play lists.[and not necessarily a country singer performing it.] I like Real rock and roll [think Bill Haley] i dont like the modern trend in country music which is all over-produced, in fact i told a friend who owns the prominent Sydney country music station that i prefer to listen to the community radio stations that play real country and a big percentage of local talent. so there! cheers wally.

10 days to AC/DC concert i am practicing my head banging wearing a safe sex helmet (bike helmet).  About to commence training for the night beginning with epileptic fitting with a full beer can and ending with flopping around like an untrained seal with a plastic cup full of beer.  Oh will be so much fun

Thank f*ck you're not going to see Whitney Houston Tossa. My girly and her girl friends are going tonight and are now dreading it going from the shit reports coming from the Brisbane concert. I hate to be an old "I told 'em so" but I did. Diva my arse.

AC/DC went off as only an Acka Dacka gig could....you'll have a ball but be shocked at how much they've aged. A 63 year old fella in school uniform is a stretch these days. The little fella can still play though.

that's all he has to do, play.  Still have imprinted in my mind the riff he played as the bell lowered and tolled at the start of the back in Black tour, mind blowing.

Wife (feral photographer) made me go and see Cliff and the Shadows.  he has done to many royal command performances, bowed all over the stage after every song.  there were more hip replacement than people under 40.  the male toilet line was slower than the ladies due to prostate problems.  Cliff was almost suffocate when they threw gannie panties at him.  THank God for the brilliance of Hank!!!
