Post by: Quicksilver on February 17, 2010, 09:13:22 am
Separation sale.....All bikes, all parts must be sold. Some members have purchased parts that have been sitting here for months, now is the time to collect them!!

If it is just your old lady you are seperating from then just get your mates to stash the bits for you and claim them back when the dust has settled, VMX stuff has no receipts so let them prove what you have in court.

If any valuation takes place boxes of parts are always deemed 'worthless' but a complete vehicle will be regarded as having value.

Drew sorry to hear that mate  :( hopefully you can keep things civilized and sort things out aimicably.

From experience i can say that both parties generally have things they want to hold onto. intitially its all pain and anger but if you are able to have a cooling off period then reassess who wants what it may help.

Dont let blood sucking lawyers get involved though Bill  :)

Gimme a call when you can, Quicky - I tried calling yesterday, but I understand that you've probably got a lot of things going on....

If you want some space to stash some bikes/bits, then I can help out there too.

Sorry Drew, I withdrew my original post re: the GT Falcon as I thought it turned out looking a little insensitive and opportunistic. But since Marcs outed me....Are the GTs on the chopping block?

Mark. Its possible. Things are getting a nasty!!. uh uh.. You know. Cook being bit that way.. We have 3 adult children who are interested in taking some of the assets now rather than on our death. Lot to sort out. No suprise a few of my GT mates are already sniffing around waiting for the fallout. Its a matter of waiting to see how the chips fall.
