Hi lads,
The new HEAVEN VMX website is up and running. Please take a look and get your membership forms in.
Over the next couple of weeks you will be able to join, renew membership, enter race meetings and pay online.
There may be a few gremlins over the next week, but just let us know if there are any problems and we'll get them sorted.
The new address is http://www.heaven-vmx.com (http://www.heaven-vmx.com) . The old website will be switched to the new one in the next day or so.
Cheers,
Mark

And very nice it is too Mark. So they managed to talk you into giving it another shot eh? Well, they made a good choice for sure.
Here's a gremlin:

Yeap! with out a doubt, it is a top effort!
Now how do we find out what numbers are still available between #1 and #99. ?? I am sick of running out of space on my oval!
-
Thanks for the heads up Graeme - fixed.
Thanks for the comments guys.
Cheers,
Mark

Actually I am being too reserved in my judgement.
It's a bloody ripper and if it is kept up to date it'll be a brilliant way to keep everyone informed of what's happening. The club has really needed a decent website ever since the last one you did went away.
Well done and as a club member - thanks!!
-
Yep Top job Mark! good looking site.
For sure we will be coming down again this year for a couple of rides and will bring some early stuff this time.

Thanks Shane and Graeme,
I reckon we should be able to make the site something special - especially since (almost) all users have experience with the ozvmx forum and the ning site. It can only really work if its supported by the members and it provides a useful service.
Shane - can you dig up any Pre 65 or Pre 70 racers? We need some competition, although there aren't too many Red Devils in that era...
What are you thinking of bringing down?
Cheers,
Mark
-
Well I have got the evo bike but I am about to do work on the green strip 250. doesn't need much to ride but a bit of care and attention.
See you soon

Thanks for all your work Mark, is the link from the OZVMX page going to be changed?
-
Yes, good point, I'll have to get onto that. That page will be going soon though - the correct OzVMX homepage is the ausvmx.ning.com. I'll have to add some links to that one too...
-
OOP`S ! Big thanks to you to Graeme ;)
-
Great to see the new website is up and running Mark, and thanks for taking on the daunting task of keeping everyone informed via the net.
Now all I need are some phone numbers of committee members as I have had no luck to date getting in touch with anyone to organise 2010 membership - even the race secretary number would be great.
Dave Mac #36 :)

Hi Dave,
If you go onto the new site and open up an " entry " form, the number is at the bottom of the page.
along with the new mailing address ,
Cheers

Nice website-crisp and fresh ;D
cheers

Hi Noel
Thanks for that number but I have already tried it and it doesn't seem to work (more like a sort of fax tone when rung from two separate phones)
A mobile for someone on the committee anyone ??? I need to talk to someone any way about other stuff that a faxed form cannot address.
