Nice gob, I started with 2 pack on my CR then went to powder coat, yes it was slightly out, what have you used on the plastics or are they new?

OK Capps...take those dodgy Australia Post large envelope boxes back to your nearest delivery centre right now, and nothing will be said. I bet you didn't know that the NSW state deputy manager for Australia Post is a member of this forum.....Busted. ;D

Nice Honda by the way! I must agree with my learned colleague Mr Nimmo though...ditch the fat bars.

Hey Rumpole. We've gotta stop agreeing on so many things..... :-[

Rumpole?.... Although it's most probably meant to insult me..I kinda like it. I've been a fan of John Mortimers books and then the TV series since I looked like George Clooney...now I look like old Horace it slips in nicely. ;D

Your`e a legend capps, this is the first time i have seen Firko and Nimmo talking without bricks flying thru the air. Good stuff.

And by the way i`m with you on the fat bars don`t listen to them 2, they must love the feel of rigid handlebars pounding them when they ride. Keep the fat bars on.   Peter.

it's most probably meant to insult me..

Not this time but now that you mention the similarities....... :-X
I've watched a lot of Rumpole and read a bit of Wordsworth.....

Gotta admit the fat bars look out of place. I have a set on my 78 RM250 (got em for free) and there about to be flicked in favor of my new favorite bar, the Renthal Twin Wall, best of both worlds.

Although, each to their own, if you wanna run fat bars, run em, big deal.

Fat bars on old bikes are shit, just like mini skirts on old hags! The rest of the bike is looking good Joel.
Cheers,

crypric ???  been known to do that after being whacked in the goolies :o     Smile Firko it has taken me quite a few weeks to spot a typo from you  Cheers Tim    Cryptic

While riding to the pool on my mountain bike yesterday morning I clipped a telegraph pole when my attention was momentarily diverted to adjusting my ipod. I've tweaked my left elbow and typing finger...hence the 'crypric' typo. ;D
Serves me right for trying to turn myself into  a new age metrosexual ....

Sweeeeeet, loverly gob and I know the pleasure. Are you going to race/ ride it?
I keep getting comments from mates about riding my bike after the build and how it should be a bar hanger, that will happen but when I can ride it anymore.

P.S. fat bar, mungen kit, new rims or metro what ever, personalized is say.

Rock On

Could you paint the sprocket cover black? I know red is supposed to be faster, but it stands out like a zit on a nose.
Cheers,
