Title: What's it worth

I have been offered a C & J Honda XL350 sideport, this is a very nice clean un-restored bike with red MR tank & gold plastics, engine has a cam & big carb.

So what's it worth anyone got any ideas ???

Ok I will see if I can post a picture I was thinking more like 5000 to 8000 as they are rare as, needs no resto other than a bit of a touch up on the frame.
