They have billet top and bottom eyes , finned area is alloy and anodised grey which is round measuring 65mm in dia. Chrome shaft is 32mm in dia and has a total stroke of 125mm to O/ring . There is No botton air valve or allowance for one.
I have just had a Fox seal kit put thru it , which fits and works
My Question is are they Fox ?? or what

Stewart they look like copies of the Fox Airshox or they may be the very first model of the Fox's which was only single chamber gas.
Where did you come across them?
-
They look to be on a PE if so I am really jealous did you have to modify them at all??? thanks Michael.
-
Stewart, I think they are rather nice COPIES based on the first model (single valve). See below. Do they have a date stamp on the body?

There are a few diiferent brands of air shocks that are available for off road buggies and other rec vehicles. The smaller shaft diameter of these suggests that they might be "swayaways" or something similar.

Yes they look nice , but I need imfo on how to set them up ....is there any fine tuning internal - what is max air pressure ????
As they are an unknown shock to me at this stage, and without a performance spec sheet I could quite easily fug em up.

Hey Stewy, nice looking chain rollers you've got on that RM, where did you get them?? They look so trick, can you get me a pair?.
-
I think there just All Balls, I can get em if you want Pete.
-
Built these myself on my new toy .....yes "All Balls" have them for twice the price I made these ;)
Todays effort .... I made up a new bush that goes thru frame rail with a 1/2 hole thru centre and turned down the old metal bush to size .... total cost $5-00
Any way back to these shocks ... I have spent the best part of 2 hours searching the net and have come up SFA ???
