hi Maico Girl here.
i very sad mr ji-raver no longer post 'how to' things since vmx magazine say they no want 500 page special 'how to tighten nipples (spoke)'.
so Maico Girl start own 'how to' series
ok. shutup. listen
problem
have to de-spoke barstard wheel for new rim. people say "Maico Girl you should un-do all nipples and spokes and place in safe corner for rainy day"
Maico Girl say "fug that". life too short.
solution
take problem wheel

problem solved.
Next week. "cutting and polishing', 'porting' and 'seat repair' all with wheel of love.

Use a 16 inch Stihl demolition saw like I do ya girly wuss . Failing that a blunt axe placed cutting edge crudely on spokes and struck forcibly with much loved sledge hammer effects a positive response.
Hey laying it partly on the track for the 8.15 heavy freight train to cut works a treat too , downside is it takes three or four trains to completely go round the rim....
