Pardon my ignorance, but which 'Ward' are we talking?

It looks like a '79 CR125rz with a modified tank to look like a works bike.

I'm interested in what it's a replica of and who's was the original one.

It pretty much looks like a replica of the '77 RC125 that Warren Reid rode.
