Title: repairs to rear rail

Rm 400 T rear rail repairs
3 out of the 4 frames I have had to perform this task so will pass it on
Bend tube with 3/4 copper pipe benders at 20 degrees

 Mark up a reference point on frame- and note down position of seat & muffler mounts. ( take a pic ) before cutting as close as possible to intersecting point. * note measure twice cut once.

Drill two 6mm holes in frame rail (top & bottom ) & the same with new section 10mm in from each end .
Make up a short dowl section 30mm long thsat will fill in frame rail plus new section .

How longs it take for a cuppa Stewie?  I hope thats chrome moly!!!!. Did you get the welding rods?.....Merry Christmas mate.
