Title: Steven Smith
Post by: VMX247 on December 15, 2009, 07:05:25 pm
I don't know what happened to the thread on Steven Smith RIP,as he was one of our fallen sidecar comrades and it has all been deleted,How sad that someone can do that.
Steven Smith was a large title holder of National VMX/MX Events  in the mid 70's with placings from 1st to 3rd on a Norton/Wasp.Steven Smith was an importer of Wasp and lived in Victoria Australia.
RIP Steven your written history is safe with us.

Steven Smith is not to be confused with Stephen Smith of Fordys Fish and Chip Shop on Tank Street, Gladstone Qld and long time sponsor of Sidecars in Australia.
cheers Alison

Well, there you go, never knew he had a son, let alone one that raced/races. Sure would be good to meet him or better still to race him at Broady.
