the tank Paul, the 400 had are larger rounded tank, what year model is it, I like bike, it looks great, I have owned a lot of Husky. Hay Paul have you got your 501 yet.

Dave..all Husky MX bikes from 1973 until 1980 had the small tank as shown in the photos...firstly made of steel and then alloy...so...the tank in the picture is the correct tank for that bike..

Without being too picky, you'd think that if you were going to go to the trouble of some sort of resto/race preparation, you'd at least do the tank with the correct shape cut outs. I've been told the reserve is quite high, too high IMO.
