Yeah that limited edition silver model with the rear forks was really cool..
-
Limited edition silver with a rare plastic tank option too mate.. :o >:(
-
yeah some mums still keep having them!!!!
-
the sand blastered barrel has me going ;D
actually, I think it's a 250A :-\ poor thing...this is what the next generation of VMX'ers will do to our beloved vintage bikes as, unlike like old bastards, they'll simply have no recollection of how they are meant to look ;)
-
Was for sale on evilpay a month ago, if my memory serves me right it went for about $1800. The idiot who bought it probably shit himself when he went to pick it up!!!!!...... or was it one of those dodgy bids that went wrong and he still owned it?.I dont think it's worth a hell of alot, be good for spares.
-
It looks like this bike might have the Dad & Mum of Mr Suzuki and Miss Elsinore, going by the colour ;D

I have some theories about its parents. So bastard love child of butchery and the spray can, decimal is in the wrong place in the price.

Don't be too harsh on the poor bloke. He's about to lose his pride and joy because, to quote the missus .... " i need the money before Christmas!!" :(
and.... silver is not historically, out of place, on Suzuki competition machines. I'd rather see 'em painted in any colour at all as long as they are still ridden or raced. There is more than enough genuine yellow bikes stored in collections without adding more :P
-
:D eh, I have been known to stray a little from originality on the odd occassion :P ;D but, in all seriousnessness, I think the $1000 starting bid should be the buy it now price if he really wants the money for xmas ;)

PURPLE!! you've got to be flippin' kidding! Bloody idiot!! that's me ;D
-
Its good to look out of the square at times DOC purple but ,, left over paint from that feature wall in the house maybe ::)
-
I think that silver rm needs a bigger tank to suit the big suzuki sticker may be,, cant miss its a suzuki through :o
-
Mick, the purple is outside the square because it's a 7 year old girl who owns it and decided the colour, initially she wanted metalic purple but I couldn't find any :-\ reminds me of a Valiant but it's still so much better than pink! ;)
-
Does anyone out their have a good condition bathel I could borrow?
I can't help but think there would be a good market for reproduction bathels ;D
-
Geoff, you could probably do with a good bathel ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I'm picturing that EXACT shade of purple on a HT Monaro 186S with white interior and white pom-poms...
-
:D Luke, I had a good mate who had a HQ wagon in the exact shade but for reason unknown, mention a purple car and wog chariots(aka mafia staff cars) spring to mind ..::)
