This bike is a one owner since the last owner.
It is in like new condition (for its age)
This is the diamond in the rough in a sea of rusty piles of junk.
These bikes are rarer than money.
Asking a pittence,
Virtually giving it away at $14995.00.
If the current owner accepts.

There is no rust except were there is rust.
This bike is so original it still has the factory tyres on her.
Museum quality.
The men that gets her will have wood for weeks.
The seat has a small tare but that is easily fixed with some thread.

If you can get $14995 for it then there'll be a hefty commission coming your way Ji :D
Cheers
-
Its a C and ill give you same offer as the other seller $350
-
There you go, that just goes to show how rare this one is.
Disclaimer.
I was told it is an X.
I did not spend one second trying to find out actually what it is.
Why would I do that, after all I am just selling it and it is buyer beware.

Hi Paul,
Its here !
Ji
-
Come on Freakshow the tank is worth that.
Ji
-
Hi Paul,
Its here !
Ji
So I gather ;D
Thanks for that, I'll call you maybe tomorrow to organise things. Freaky, sorry, no C for you! ;D

It has a custom factory performance enhancing exhaust.
Some say that Brock Glover rode this actual bike to an AMA win.
The rims are a little dull but it is overcast.
Ji
-
what's the deal with the exhaust, looks like some conical jobby?
-
The forks are ready to use as there is no oil leaking anywhere.
The rear shock looks like it has been recently service (many years ago)
The front guard needs a little TLC but most of the issues should buff right out.
Ji
-
The pipe is the highest quality from the old country.
My eyes are not what they used to be but it looks like FMF ( could be anything )
Certainly has many years left (after a weld and a braze)

The last time this engine ran it blasted out of the gates and got the hole shot.
It may need jetting the carb to suite local conditions.

shouldn't you be in the office doing some work! :D
What's going on with that gearshift lever????
-
Out of the generosity of my heart I'll give you $350 and that's ownly because it's in such good condition. I take it, it comes with warranty?. It's funny you know, you couldn't buy one of these for under $1500 not long ago and there all in the same condition..... rusty and fugged. Every one who had one when they stopped must have pushed them out in the weather and left them there? Grouse little bikes but not worth $1500. Cheers John.

What gear shift lever my son took a shine to that twisted thing.
It would look more at home on a Harley.
This is work.
I am gunna get a big pay packet when I sell this one.
Ji

Come on DC, you know you want it !
I am willing to take serious offers, not that I have had any yet.
Ji
-
I want all the serious buyers to know that 10% of anything over $13000.00 will go to a worthy cause.
Come on people these bikes don't come up every day.
Ji
-
I have just been informed that Roger De signed the tank.
Ji
-
If I buy it does that mean I will be only the second owner since the second last owner? ???
-
Some say that the frame was made from the steel of Bob Hannahs 69 Dodge,
All we know is its a Yamaha.
Ji
-
Hi Motom.....,
Yes that does.
Buyer to check all details and can not rely upon sellers discription.
Ji
-
The buyer will receive a 3 month warranty.
The bike is sold as is and there is no implied warranty.
There is no refunds or exchanges.
Ji
-
Break out the spung and bucket and she should look like this in no time.

I think I'll keep it white though
-
The yellow bike is just one I made earlier.
White is okay but God gave me coloured sight so I prefer something with a splash of vivid pigment.
Ji
-
i missed the coloured sight hand out (red green colour blind) and i prefer the yellow one as well.
mine is yellow so they tell me
-
Welcome brother,
I can pass any colour eye test but I call blue purple and so on.
It drives my wife nuts.
Ji
-
all i can say is he,s your friend paul !
-
Chad Reed will dedcate his win over Jame Stewart this weekend to honour this fantastic bike.
Jeremy Burgis rang just before and asked if he could rebuild the engine, such is the respect The Doctors engineer has for this state of the art motor.
Let me tell you I have been welding for years and the weld holding the kick lever onto the kick shaft is as sweet as it gets. I might even go as far to say that the kick lever will never fall off while you are riding.

Come on Lms can't we be friends.
I did grab a spanner and a screw driver and remove your number plate from your WR before you hurtled down the road of dispatch.
That has to account for something.
Ji
-
thanks for the tools and such at least , but i don,t think the friendship thing would work out ,it s me not u , i see all too often what they do to each other , it isn,t pretty
-
Okay we have been offered a fair price for the bike by an overseas buyer.
If we do not get a higher offer by 12.00 noon today we will start stripping her down for the journey to a new land (hidefromwifeland).
We would like to see this bike stay here in Australia but money talks and BS walks.
The worthy cause will not receive any funds due to the current offer being below 13k.
Ji
-
MY offer of $350 stands.
That way Between the 2, i might still get a half.

Okay on Friday afternoon the X/C was stripped down and placed into boxes for its next adventure.
The new owner looked quite excited while he undid every rusty nut.
This concludes this advertisement.
Thanks to all that made serious bids.
