Is there a fraction of a chance someone may have a part number for said item (TS100X '81 CDI unit) I've searched hi and lo and I can't find it listed. If not no sweat, I have to poke my mellon into the local shop on Saturday and I could ask them.
could be 32900-18450 but I need to know fer sure :-\

i would say it would be the same as a USA 81 TS 100 so i would expect to see it on alpha-sports. not 100% sure if USA had a TS 100 though
-
it is the same as the US DS/TS100X Leith..81 was the last model imported over there but unfortunately the fiche on both Alphasports and Bell's Suzuki do not show a cdi unit..everything else but ???
-
is it points then??? i will have a look at my Haynes TS manual
-
nope..definately a cdi job..TS125 listing is the same..it shows everything except the cdi unit..bugger bugger..I might just see what the dealer says on Saturday..what's the bet his diagram is the same ::)
-
in my haynes manual for all the TS-ER's it says US models had CDI and UK had points on TS 100/125.
-
Aussie TF100/125/185 AGIs all have CDI. Remember ordering some for sure. Tim

I wasnt saying they dont have cdi. i just made the point that diferent markets had different systems and since USA had cdi then why is it not in the parts list! :)
-
because it's top secret! That's why! :D
