Title: Pre 78 ?

Is this pre 78 legal  ??? mechanicaly unchanged since its realese in 1977  :)

However this one does seem to have reveloutionary rear suspension , possibly a Suzuki Knee jerk reaction after they turned away Mr Tilkens monoshock design  ;)
