Title: Any Builders from NSW out there?

Hey Guys, just wondering what the regs are thesedays for building in NSW.  Last time I checked it was quite different to here in VIC.
My Cousin was killed several years ago in a road accident leaving behind a wife and young family.His Wife/widow is now living in Kiama and wants to buy an Old House and do a reno/extension.
I'm a Builder here in Vic and offered to do the job or help out.So I thought I might try and get some info here before making the phone calls etc and waiting waiting for answers.

First thing I'd check would see if your builders licence is valid in N.S.W.

your builders licence would be valid in nsw vic has the toughest rules and regs of all the states.

I thought QLD did....or so the QBSA boasts.
Does N.S.W. and Vic. come under B.S.A. regulation?
