has anyone done this mod? Using what parts? What's available?

What mod are you talking about clutchslip???  Fitting emulators to Simons forks....surely not ??? ??? Please tell us more.  If its just fitting emulators both YSS (PD valves) and Racetech (Gold valves) have good explanations on their websites.  Googling also brings up some good generic stuff with step by step instructions and photos in several cases.  Good luck.

Hi PEZBerq, yep that's exactly what I'm talking about, fitting emulators to Simons forks, and was looking for anyone who'd actually taken this one bold step for mankind. What's with the surprise? Sacrilege, against the rules where you are or unsure of the possible benefits of adding them to a set of '70s damper rod forks?
