Title: PLEASE HELP IN RETURNING THIS FAMILY OWNED 1912 TRIUMPH TT RACER
Post by: Freakshow on November 02, 2009, 01:14:07 pm
PLEASE HELP IN RETURNING THIS FAMILY OWNED BIKE WHICH
HOLDS A LOT OF SENTIMENTAL VALUE.
Hi there, I am writing to ask for your assistance in locating my late
husbands motor bike that has been stolen. If possible could you circulate
the enclosed photo to as many clubs in Australia.
The bike is one of a kind I believe. Well known in period one circles. Also
a family treasure.
I have copies of the engine and frame numbers (etc) Please keep an eye out
for me.

Thank you very much
Curly Corlett

I remember seeing that on the news several weeks ago, I'm pretty sure it had been submerged in gunk but not mangled.
Still a big job to bring back to life, good news though.
